Process description
Whether it is to produce tea beverages or extract tea polyphenols, the tea must first be cooked so that the substances in the tea are dissolved in water. In order to ensure that there are no residues and particles in the product, the use of centrifuge separation is the most efficient. After the cooking, the tea will absorb water and expand. The tea needs to be pumped into a decanter centrifuge for initial separation. The horizontal centrifuge can dehydrate the tea and discharge the residue. For very fine particulate impurities, they need to be removed by a disc separator. The disc centrifuge can reach a maximum of 10,000 rpm, which can provide a huge centrifugal force to ensure the best clarity.
