Fruit juice beverages can be divided into raw juice, concentrated juice, raw pulp, fruit juice and pulp juice. The juice production process can be summarized as: raw material selection-washing-crushing-juice extraction-coarse filtration-clarification and fine filtration-homogenization.

In large-scale production, a combination of decanter centrifuge and disc separator is often used. Since the fruit juice contains more large particles and impurities, the use of a decanter centrifuge can remove large particles. After the separation of the decanter centrifuge is completed, a small amount of small particles will remain. At this time, a disc separator. Both of the decanter centrifuge and the disc separator are with self-cleaning function. The slag discharge process of the centrifuge is fully automatic without manual intervention.
